Country Keepsakes must have your store's State Tax ID# on file. The only exceptions to this is if your State does not require you to have one. (Please notate in the shopping cart.)

Minimum Order Requirements: No money minimums although now we do have minimums on some items (ex. 8oz candles, star & heart melts etc).

How to Order:

We do not offer a "printed" catalog. Please use our online catalog for pictures and pricing. Orders can be placed the following way.

Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, & PayPal. Your credit/debit card will be charged for the order total when we begin processing your order. Shipping charges will be charged at time of your shipment. (or invoiced through PayPal upon time of shipment).

Each order receives our prompt attention. Shipping times may vary by season or demand. The minimum processing time varies from 5 business days-maximum 16 business days. Shipping notification will be sent through email when your order is shipped. We ship via UPS Ground, Fed Ex, or USPS Priority; depending on what you choose in the shipping calculator.

Damages & Shortages:

All damage and shortages must be reported to Country Keepsakes within 3 days of receiving order. All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our premises in good condition. Damage claims must be filed by Country Keepsakes so that we may put in the claim to UPS/USPS. Please retain cartons and all packaging for their inspection, (if needed). If no inspection is needed we will email you to dispose of packing.

Returns & Guarantees:

Country Keepsakes offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our merchandise. There are no returns though because you "didn't like the scent", or special order items (color). If you should decide to return your order (for reasons other than damage/defect), it will be up to you the customer to pay for return shipping, once your returned order is received in same condition as when it left, you will be refunded your order total minus a 20% restocking fee less shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged for canceled orders. We take every step to maintain high quality merchandise, however if you receive a defective item, we will credit your account OR ship said item with next order.

Labeling:

All merchandise manufactured by Country Keepsakes is shipped with labels and/or tags. Labels and tags can contain important product information for consumer safety. This information includes directions, cautions, ingredients; some are required by law. Country Keepsakes does not allow any changes, alterations, and/or removing of our labels and/or tags without our prior consent.

We have 2 options for Private Labeling Detailed Below:

No Label: We now offer the option for you to label our products with your own labeling. We will still send our products with any caution/directions/homespun-and a small removable "tag" so you know what scent it is. If interested please email me OR choose this option on the candles page.

Private Labeling: We can take our label and change the store name to yours and include your web site OR phone number. We can change the font and put a small graphic on your label instead of our star. There is a 1 time fee of $25.00 for setting up the new label-this is a ONE time fee for any of the items offered on our site.

And of course there is our normal label. This label does not have our web site, store name or made in Watkins Glen, just "Made in the USA". All labels are on our candles/buttons/potpourri are 2x4 kraft.
